Can items be exchanged?
Yes, items that are NOT PERSONALIZED can be exchanged as long as they are in new condition (unworn & unwashed).
How do I exchange an item?
Call us at 203.699.9805, let us know what you want to exchange. Specify the items you need over the phone.
What type of credit cards are accepted?
All major credit cards except for Discover .
Where can I get an order form?
Order forms are available at the school.
What should I write on my check or money order?
Fill out the order form and mail it with your money order. Please be sure to print the student's name on the money order.
Is there a store where I can go buy my clothes?
We are located in Cheshire, CT. We have clothing to try on however we keep a very limited stock. Please call us at 203.699.9805 to set up an appointment.
How long until my order is complete?
Production time is roughly two weeks.
If my order ships to the school will the school notify me when the items are in?
In most cases the school will call the student when the clothing arrives, unless your school has set up specific date(s) for you to come pick up your order.
Can the items be picked up at the school during the summer break?
Yes, they can be picked up during the summer break. Contact the school for hours.
What are your polocies for financial aid?
We do not have any allowance or vouchers at this time. Please contact the main office of the school and they can direct you to any programs they may have to help you.
Will the garments shrink?
Always follow the "Care of Garment" tag on the inside of the item. The majority of the styles are a blend fabric and are pre-shrunk, however as with any garment it all depends on how you wash and dry it - the higher temperature you run your dryer - the more likely it is to shrink a little bit.
